Downloading System Support Information
You download a support information ZIP file concerning a system to attach it to a customer incident.
Context
This ZIP file includes basic information, such as the SAP Landscape Management version and edition installed, the build date, SCA versions, database type, and storage manager information, including a connection test. It does not contain any password data or security-relevant information.
Procedure
Results
When raising an incident in component BC-VCM-LVM, you can now attach the ZIP file.
