You download a support information ZIP file concerning a specific activity to attach
it to a customer incident.
Context
This ZIP file includes basic information, such as the SAP Landscape Management version and edition
installed, the build date, SCA versions, database type, and storage manager information,
as well as log files. It does not contain any password data or security-relevant
information.
Procedure

To download the ZIP file to your preferred directory, select the
LaMaSupportInfo.zip checkbox.
The ZIP file contains the following files:
