Downloading Support Information

You download a support information ZIP file to attach it to a customer incident.

The support information includes technical information such as the SAP Landscape Management version and edition installed, configuration parameters, logs with IP addresses, host names, mount points, instance numbers, and user names without passwords. It does not contain any password data or security-relevant information.
