Downloading Error Support Information
You download a support information ZIP file concerning an error occurred to attach it to a customer incident.

An error message is displayed in a dialog box.
Context
This ZIP file includes basic information, such as the SAP Landscape Management version and edition installed, the build date, SCA versions, database type, and storage manager information, as well as details about the error occurred. It does not contain any password data or security-relevant information.

Results
When raising an incident in component BC-VCM-LVM, you can now attach the ZIP file.
