Deleting User Name References

Delete all working sets, dashboards, and pods assigned to a specific user.

Prerequisites

You have the authorization to create and delete user name references.

You have assigned the roles and groups required.

For more information, see Standard Roles and Groups.

Procedure

Choose Setup Settings Notification.
Choose Expert Mode.
In the User Name Related Report and Deletion field, enter the user.

You can enter multiple user names separated by ,.
Choose Create User Name References Report.

A dialog box appears and displays the user name references report.
Choose Delete Data.
Confirm the dialog box.

A dialog box appears and displays the user name references deleted.
To refresh your browser, press F5.
