Configuring SAP Adaptive Extensions on Windows

You can configure SAPACEXT.SAR files centrally.

Prerequisites

You have prepared the SAP Adaptive Extensions media.

For more information, see Preparing SAP Adaptive Extensions Media.
You have created a repository.

For more information, see Creating SAP Adaptive Extensions Repositories on Windows.

Choose Infrastructure Repositories.
In the Configuration area, choose Add Configuration.
Choose the provisioning type SAP Adaptive Extension Configuration.
Choose the repository.
SAP Landscape Management detects the configuration available in the repository.
Navigate to the Basic Properties step.
Enter a unique name for this configuration.

The release version and the build platform of the SAR file contained in the repository is displayed.
Navigate to the Installation Master step.

The UNC path of the repository is displayed.

SAP Landscape Management mounts this directory automatically on the target host at the time of execution and displays the export path share and subdirectory of the repository.
