Deactivating (OS Shutdown) Virtual Elements
You deactivate a virtual host and shut down the operating system running on the virtual system.
Prerequisites

You have permission VirtualResource(Activate,DeactivateSoft,DeactivateHard,Suspend,Migrate,Reboot,Resize).

The virtual element status is Active.
Procedure
Results
-
Stops and unprepares all instances running on the virtual host.

Deactivates the virtual host.

Gracefully shuts down the OS running on the virtual system.
