Setting the Target Status for an Instance
You set the target status for individual instances. This allows you to easily change the instance status or a complete system status to its target status.

Context
You can set the target status by applying a single or a mass operation to the current status of the instance or you can set the target status in the configuration of the instance.
In the operations view, you can group instances by their target statuses. This allows you to execute operations, such as starting all services with the target status “Running”. During a mass start, all instances with a target status other than “Running” are ignored.
