Exporting Log Entries

Export log entries and log details to an XML data file.

Prerequisites

You have permission Log(Archive) and DataExport.

For more information, see Standard Permissions.
Optional: To export more than 10,000 log entries, you have configured the global user interface settings.

Procedure

Choose Monitoring Logs.
Optional: Specify your filtering criteria.
Choose .
Choose the options required from the Export Logs dialog box:
- Export selected log entry
- Export shown log entries
- Include Log Details
  Note By default, the number of log details to be exported is limited to 10,000. Log details might create a large amount of data and the export might take some time.
Choose OK.
Save the data file in a location of your choice.
