You provide the basic data for the target system.
Procedure

Enter a unique 3 character system ID (SID) for the target system.

Choose the name of the pool, where the target system is provisioned.
- Optional:
Enter a description for the target system.

Enter and confirm the master password for the target system.

This password is used for the database users and as default password for
the operating system (OS) users.

If desired, change the OS user passwords in the
Users step.

The passwords of the SAP system users will not be changed; they are the
same on both the source system and the target system.
For Windows, enter a Windows domain user and password, if required.
This is needed for the following:
Ensure that this domain user has the appropriate permissions in the Active
Directory.
Do not use a
<sid>adm user, this leads to problems
during the system rename procedure.
