Retrying Activities

You retry an activity that has been canceled, failed, or partially failed.

Prerequisites

You have executed an operation on any required system.

You have permission Activity(Operate).

For more information, see Standard Permissions.
The activity that you want to retry is in status Canceled, Failed, or Partially Failed.

Procedure

Choose Monitoring Activities.
Optional: Specify your filtering criteria.
Select the activity.

To select multiple activities, choose  Change the selection mode.
Choose Retry.
Confirm the dialog box.

Results

The retried activity remains in status Canceled, Failed, or Partially Failed.

SAP Landscape Management creates a new activity, displays all of the steps that have already been executed in the preceding activity, and executes all of the steps that were not executed.
