Exporting Reports

You export a complete report or a page range of a report to your preferred directory.

Prerequisites

  • You have installed font Arial Unicode on the server where SAP Landscape Management and SAP Crystal Reports are installed.

  • You have opened a report.

    For more information, see Viewing Reports.

  • You have permission DataExport.

    For more information, see Standard Permissions.

Procedure

  1. Choose the Export this report icon.

    A dialog box appears.

  2. Select one of the following file formats:

    • SAP Crystal Reports (RPT)

    • PDF

    • Microsoft Excel (97 - 2003)

    • Microsoft Excel (97 - 2003) data only

    • Microsoft Word (97 - 2003) editable

    • Rich Text Format (RTF)

    • Separated Values (CSV)

  3. Select the page range you want to export.
  4. Choose Export.
  5. Save the file to your preferred directory.
