Planned Change Summaries
The items in this section apply to multiple SAP Concur products and/or services and are summaries of the changes targeted for future releases.
SAP Concur reserves the right to postpone implementation of – or completely remove – any enhancement/change mentioned here.
Authentication
**Planned Changes** Single Sign-On (SSO) Self-Service Option (Products: Expense, Invoice, Request and Travel)Single Sign-On allows users to access multiple applications using one set of login credentials. Currently, SAP Concur has two methods for signing in: with a user name and password or using SSO with Identity Provider (IdP) credentials, such as a user's login credentials for their organisation.
This feature provides SAP Concur customers with a self-service option for setting up SSO and for existing SSO customers who must eventually migrate to the new SSO service to manage SSO for their users.
File Transfer Updates
RELEASE: HTTPS Protocol No Longer Allowed for File Transfer (Products: Expense, Invoice, Request, Travel, Intelligence)This feature/change has been targeted for release. For information about this feature/change, refer to the applicable product release notes.

Miscellaneous
RELEASE: Support Ending for TLS v 1.1 Encryption Protocol (Products: Expense, Invoice, Request and Travel)This feature/change has been targeted for release. For information about this feature/change, refer to the applicable product release notes.
**Planned Changes** Abbreviated Service Access Page (Products: Expense, Invoice, Request, Travel, Intelligence, Analytics and Budget)Currently, if a user attempts to sign in to an SAP Concur service and the service is not available, a message appears stating that the entire site is down. However, some services might be available. Targeted for April, if services are available, an abbreviated service access page appears for the user, allowing the user to access those services.
This enhancement allows users to complete some tasks that may not be affected by the unavailability of one or more services.
**Planned Changes** Imaging XML API Error Message Update (Products: Expense, Invoice and Request)SAP Concur is updating the Imaging XML API to correct an error message HTTP code. The service currently returns an HTTP 200 code even when the API returns an error 500 in the XML response. This update corrects the HTTP error code, returning HTTP 500 if the API response includes the 500 error code. No other response codes in XML or HTTP will be changed.
This update supports better monitoring of the Imaging XML API.
**Planned Changes** New SSL Certificate for concursolutions.com (Products: Expense, Invoice, Request and Travel)In an effort to ensure the ongoing security of our products and services, SAP Concur will be issuing a new concursolutions.com SSL certificate. The certificate availability date will be provided in a future release note.
Any customer who has pinned this expiring certificate will need to update to the new certificate prior to the expiration date. If the pinned certificate is not updated prior to this, your organisation and users will experience disruption to SAP Concur products and services.
This update provides ongoing security for our products and services.
