Edit or View Favourite Attendee Information

Use the Attendees tab to view or edit attendee information. You can edit attendee information only if you are the user who originally added the attendee to Concur Expense. Otherwise, you can view - but not edit - attendee information.

Search for the attendee

To search, use the Find every attendee where area of the page to locate an attendee in your list.

View or edit attendee information

To view or edit attendee information:

  1. Click Profile > Profile Settings > Favourite Attendees (in the Expense Settings section of the left-side menu).

  2. On the Attendees tab, click the attendee's name (link). The Edit Attendee window appears. If you have the correct permissions, you can edit. Otherwise, you can view.

  3. To view attendee information:

    • View the information.

    • Click Cancel.

  4. To edit attendee information:

    • Make any other desired changes. (The attendee type cannot be changed.)

    • Click Save.
