Favourite Attendees - Overview

The Attendees tab of Profile displays the attendees that appear in your favourites list - the attendees you use most often, which is not necessarily all of your attendees.

Use the Attendees tab to:

  • Choose the attendees that appear in your favourites list (Attendees section of the New Expense tab or the Expense tab on the expense claim page) and the Favourites tab of the Search Attendees window.

  • Add new attendees to the system

  • Edit attendee information

  • View attendee information

  • Delete an attendee from the system

Access

To access this page, click Profile > Profile Settings > Favourite Attendees (in the Expense Settings section of the left-side menu).

Attendee information

On the Attendees tab, you can view each attendee's name, title, company and attendee type.

The total amount spent on each attendee in the current calendar year may also appear, depending on your company's configuration. If the Annual Total column appears:

  • The amount shown is the total amount spent company-wide for that attendee (not only from the current user)

    – and –

  • The currency used is:

    • The currency that is set in the import record, if the attendee was imported

      – or –

    • The same as the user's reimbursement currency, if the attendee was added by a user
