You can activate a fiscal year to enable budgets for budget owners.

To activate a fiscal year, in the Fiscal Calendar tab, select a fiscal year and then click Activate.

You can deactivate a fiscal year to disable budgets for budget owners.

To deactivate a fiscal year, in the Fiscal Calendar tab, select a fiscal year and then click Deactivate.
