Windows Phone / BlackBerry – Support Discontinued as of 31 January 2018

Concur ended support for the Concur mobile app on the Windows Phone and BlackBerry on 31 January 2018.

Android – Refactored Authentication Flows

With this release, we have refactored our authentication flows to improve stability to our end users.

iPhone / iPad – Multi-Select Screen Redesigned

The multi-select screen has been updated for a better visual experience. In addition, the "move" and "delete" actions can both be completed on this screen.

iPhone / iPad – Optimise for iPhone X Users

With this release, we have optimised the mobile app for iPhone X users.

Android / iPhone / iPad – Operating System Update

Concur updates the minimum operating system regularly to ensure the best possible experience for mobile users. With that – the January release (9.53.x) will be the final release for:

• Android: Versions 4.4.X (API 19, aka KitKat) of the Android operating system; Before the February release (9.54), please ensure that the operating system on all user devices has been updated to at least v5.0 (API 21 aka Lollipop).

• iPhone / iPad: Version 9.0 of the iPhone / iPad operating system; Before the February release (9.54), please ensure that the operating system on all user devices has been updated to at least iOS 10.

Android / iPhone / iPad – Several Updates

• The Privacy Policy can now be accessed on the main menu.

• The SAP Concur logo now appears throughout the mobile app.

• The Expense List now shows thumbnail images of each expense to make it easier for the user to recognise them.

**Planned Changes** Android / iPhone - Budget on Mobile

Concur's Budget solution is targeted for availability on mobile with the March release.

Budget provides users with information about their own budgets as well as budgets that are shared with other budget owners. Making the budget information available on the mobile app gives Budget users (Budget Owners, Budget Viewers or Budget Managers) more flexibility and the ability to react quickly.

The streamlined views allow Budget users to quickly see if their budget is approaching its limit or is already over limit. For iPhone, Budget users can toggle between budgets and approvals so they know – in real time – if there is enough budget remaining to allow approval of an expense.

Budget users can see their budgets in a yearly, quarterly and monthly view. Users will also be sent push notifications if their budget is approaching its limit or is over limit.

**Planned Changes** Android / iPhone / iPad – New One-Year Filter for Expenses

In 2018, there will be a change where the expense list will no longer display expenses older than a defined timeframe. More information will be provided later.

**Planned Changes** iPhone / iPad – App Transport Security (ATS) Requirement Coming in March / April 2018 (For SSO Clients Only)

In March 2017, Concur sent a communication to impacted clients regarding ATS enforcement. This is in response to Apple’s requirement to improve user security and privacy by requiring apps to use secure network connections over HTTPS and not HTTP. For accessing our Concur mobile app, this enforcement will be coming in March / April 2018.

If you are a Single Sign-On (SSO) client, please ensure the following items are verified:

• SSO URL is using HTTPS

• No unsecured (via HTTP) SSO redirects within your network
