If your company uses this feature, you may or may not have the correct permissions to access it. You may have limited permissions, for example, you can use only certain options (view but not create or edit).

If you need to use this feature but do not have the proper permissions, contact your company's SAP Concur administrator.

Also, be aware that some of the tasks described here can be completed only by SAP Concur. In this case, you (or your SAP Concur administrator) must initiate a service request with SAP Concur support.
