Concur Invoice
Consume Invoices With or Without Tax Now AvailablePreviously in Concur Invoice, the invoice net amount was consumed by the budget, but did not include taxes or shipping charges. With this release, clients can now choose whether the net or gross amount of the invoice should be consumed. In other words, clients can now configure budget according to their business needs and whether they want to include invoice taxes and shipping charges.
The new Use invoice net amount budget setting is now available in Budget Configuration and selected (enabled) by default. If clients want to change the default behaviour and configure their budgets to consume the gross invoice amount, which includes taxes and shipping costs, they should clear (disable) the Use invoice net amount budget setting.
Business Purpose / Client Benefit: This feature provides new flexibility for clients who can now decide whether a budget should consume net or gross invoice amounts.
