Planned Change Summaries

Concur Expense and Concur Request

**Planned Changes** Copy-Down Behaviour Changed for Budget Accrual Date

In Concur Expense and Concur Request, the Budget Accrual Date field will soon be available to be added to the expense and request entry forms in Forms and Fields. When this field is present on the form, it is used by Budget to determine what period to apply spend to their applicable budgets.

Currently, when default values are copied down into the Budget Accrual Date field, the value in this field is replaced with the Transaction Date when the claim or request is submitted. In a future release, the copy-down behaviour will be changed so that when default values are copied down to the Budget Accrual Date field the value is kept when the claim or request is submitted. Only if the Budget Accrual Date is blank on submission will it be set to Transaction Date.

Business Purpose / Client Benefit: This enhancement provides clients with more flexibility and control for which budget periods spend will be applied to when using the Budget Accrual Date.
