Android / iPhone / iPad - Croatian Language Support

With this release, the SAP Concur mobile app will be available in Croatian. To use this language, the user sets the device to this language, and the SAP Concur mobile app will automatically display content in that language.

Android ONLY – Integrated Camera for Receipt Capture

With this release, SAP Concur will be rolling out the new integrated camera feature - within the SAP Concur mobile app – to enhance the user experience for Android users only. This feature will be available to users over a period of time.

Adding this feature will make it possible for users to capture their receipts directly in the SAP Concur mobile app, instead of using the default camera app in their mobile devices. This will reduce the amount of memory used on the user’s device and allow SAP Concur to add more features that enhance the user experience.

iPhone / iPad - The SAP Concur Mobile App Now Enforces Apple’s App Transport Security (ATS) Requirement (For SSO Clients Only)

With this release, SAP Concur now enforces Apple’s App Transport Security (ATS) within the SAP Concur mobile app. This is in response to Apple’s requirement to improve user security and privacy by requiring apps to use secure network connections over HTTPS and not HTTP.

If you are a Single Sign-On (SSO) client, please ensure the following items are verified:

• SSO URL is using HTTPS

• No unsecured (via HTTP) SSO redirects within your network

At SAP Concur, protecting your information is our top priority. The ATS requirement improves data security and privacy when communicating through mobile applications. Please note that it is important that the above items are updated, with ATS now enforced, non-compliant users will see a blank screen and will be unable to access the SAP Concur mobile app.

The items in this section are targeted for future releases. SAP Concur reserves the right to postpone implementation of – or completely remove – any enhancement/change mentioned here.

**Planned Changes** iPhone / iPad – Operating System Update

SAP Concur updates the minimum operating system regularly in order to ensure the best possible experience for mobile users. With that – the December release (9.64) will be the final release for version 10 of the iPhone / iPad operating system.

Before the January release (9.65), please ensure that the operating system on all user devices has been updated to at least iOS 11.

Be aware that users will not be forced to upgrade their device’s operating system, but users on older operating systems will not be able to install versions of the SAP Concur mobile app after v9.64.

**Planned Changes** Android – Operating System Update

SAP Concur updates the minimum operating system regularly in order to ensure the best possible experience for mobile users. With that – the December release (9.64) will be the final release for versions v5.0, 5.1 (Android Lollipop API 22 & 23) of the Android operating system.

Before the January release (9.65), please ensure that the operating system on all user devices has been updated to at least API 23 (v6.0).

Be aware that users will not be forced to upgrade their device’s operating system, but users on older operating systems will not be able to install versions of the SAP Concur mobile app after v9.64.
