Authentication Administration
**Planned Changes** Company Request Token Self-Service ToolIn July 2021, SAP plans to make a new Company Request Token self-service tool available to SAP Concur admins who have been assigned the Company Admin or Web Services Admin role.
Admins with the required permissions will see a link to the Company Request Token page on the Administration > Company > Authentication Administration page.
This change enables clients to generate Company Request Tokens without contacting SAP Concur support.
**Planned Changes** Self-Service Tool for Application ManagementIn July 2021, SAP plans to make a new application management self-service tool available to SAP Concur clients who have SAP Concur Client Web Services. The application management self-service tool can be enabled by the Client Web Services team for SAP Concur Web Services clients who request it. When enabled, the tool will be accessible to admins through the SAP Concur web UI to admin users who have been assigned the Web Services Admin role.
For admins working with Standard entities, a user with the Can Administer permission has the Web Services Administrator role.
The application management tool enables clients to generate Client IDs (App IDs) and Client Secrets without contacting SAP Concur support.

**Planned Changes** SAP Concur Homepage Changes (Products: Expense, Invoice, Request, Travel)On 8 July 2021, SAP Concur will begin redirecting clients in the US data centre to a new homepage. The appearance of the new homepage is identical to the current SAP Concur homepage. The new homepage has enhanced functionality when services become temporarily unavailable.
The roll out of the new homepage is phased. Clients will begin being migrated to the new homepage in July and additional clients will be migrated to the new homepage over time with a target completion of September 2021.
This change ensures that the SAP Concur homepage is available even when some services are unavailable and improves the consistency of the sign in experience.
**Planned Changes** Client Privacy Statement Link Available (Products: Expense, Invoice, Request, Travel)In a future release, clients will have the ability to submit a link to their company privacy statement for inclusion in the SAP Concur page footer.
This change will enable clients to meet GDPR and other legal requirements to provide their privacy statement to their customers.
Security
**Planned Changes** Explicit Cookie Consent and Zero Cookie Load Expanded to More Jurisdictions (1 July) (Products: Expense, Invoice, Request, Travel)
To ensure that SAP Concur solutions meet the user cookie consent requirements of the European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA), European Free Trade Association (EFTA), the United Kingdom (UK) and Brazil, SAP plans to implement explicit cookie consent and zero cookie load for SAP Concur solutions in those jurisdictions.- Explicit cookie consent: The user must agree to allow cookies to be stored on their device by responding affirmatively to a request for consent.
- Zero cookie load: The user must provide explicit cookie consent before any cookies can be saved to their device.
This change ensures that SAP Concur sites comply with the cookie consent requirements of the listed jurisdictions and enables users to choose which cookies are downloaded to their devices by SAP Concur solutions.

Supported Configurations
**Planned Changes** Change in Support for Internet Explorer 11 (Products: Expense, Invoice, Request, Travel, Intelligence)On 1 January 2022, SAP Concur plans to begin transitioning away from support for Internet Explorer 11 (IE 11). This change is in line with other SAP solutions, industry best practices and Microsoft’s lifecycle policy for IE 11.
After 1 January 2022, SAP Concur development teams will not design new features, user interface enhancements or security or bug fixes with IE 11 in mind. Over time, new functionality and existing functionality might not work properly on IE 11.
SAP Concur users will not be blocked from access when using IE 11. They will still be able to sign into their SAP Concur solutions. However, to ensure their users can continue to work successfully and securely with SAP Concur solutions, SAP recommends that clients move away from allowing use of SAP Concur solutions on IE 11 and move to a more modern, supported browser.
This change enables SAP to speed up adoption of the latest browser innovations and provide a stronger security posture.
Test Entities
**Planned Changes** UI Frame Change (Products: Expense, Invoice, Request)When end users, approvers, processors and admins log in to an SAP Concur test entity, they will notice the global banner across the top of the page has changed and that the UI web frame has a unique, identifying colour.
Prior to implementing this change, logged-in users saw only a blue global banner across the top of the page. Users may have had issues distinguishing between the test environment and production environment.
All SAP Concur users will now see a more distinct difference between a test entity and production entity. These changes will help users to clearly distinguish between test and production entities. These changes may also reduce the likelihood of logging in to the wrong entity and performing critical tasks such as configuration updates and data changes.
