Model Changes
New Fields: Rate Type Code and Associated Itinerary KeyWith this release, there are new travel request-related fields for Expense.
Description: The new Rate Type Code and Associated Itinerary Key fields allow users to report on additional daily allowance information for travel allowances. These fields were added to the model for use with a planned future feature.
The new travel request-related fields for Expense are located in the following folders:
- Expense > Travel Requests > Travel Request Entries
- Expense > Travel Requests > Travel Request Entries > Keys
Report Changes
Updated Report: Car Receipt Additional Spend SummaryThe Car Receipt Additional Spend Summary report now displays the distance unit type selected in the Distance Unit prompt on the Prompts page. For example, if you select Kilometres from the Distance Unit prompt, Distance Unit: Kilometres is now displayed under the report title.
WHAT THE USER SEES
The distance unit selected in the Distance Unit prompt is now displayed on the Car Receipt Additional Spend Summary report.
For example, Miles is selected in the Distance Unit prompt on the Prompts page.
On the Car Receipt Additional Spend Summary report, Distance Unit: Miles is displayed under the report title. If Kilometres is selected, Distance Unit: Kilometres is displayed on the report.

Updated Report: Employees TravellingIn the Employees Travelling report, the Travel Arranger column now displays the employee from the Booking Employee field as the trip arranger, and the Travel Arranger Email Address column now displays the email address from the Booking Employee Email Address field.
This update provides more accurate trip information because it captures trips booked by the employee (on their own behalf), and trips booked by another resource on behalf of the employee.
Before this update, the Travel Arranger column displayed the employee from the Employee field and the Travel Arranger Email Address column displayed the email address from the Employee Email Address field.

Updated Report: Airfare DetailsWhen you drill through the Record Locator column in the Airfare Details report to view additional details for a trip, the Airfare Details now displays the name of the drill-through detail currently displayed in the report. For example, if you are viewing tickets issued by the supplier, the Supplier field is displayed with the name of the supplier associated with the trip information you are viewing. The report now also displays the Advance Purchase Window, Primary Traveller fields if you are viewing that information in the report. This update makes it easier to understand what you are currently viewing on the report.
WHAT THE USER SEES
The Supplier field is displayed if you are viewing tickets issued by supplier.
The Advanced Purchase Window field is displayed if you are viewing advanced purchase information.
The Primary Traveller field is displayed if you are viewing the top 10 travellers information.

Other Changes
Enhancements to the Standard Reports by Folder GuideSAP Concur is in the process of enhancing the Standard Reports by Folder guide (English only). We are adding definitions of the report prompts and fields, and adding the expressions associated with the report fields for each report.
This is an ongoing project. Clients will see these guide updates as they become available.

Planned Change Summaries
The items in this section are summaries of the changes targeted for future releases. SAP Concur reserves the right to postpone implementation of – or completely remove – any enhancement/change mentioned here.
Report Changes
**Planned Changes** Adoption Reports Will Be Combined into New Travel Adoption ReportThe Adoption (Air, Car, Hotel) and Air Adoption By Month reports in the Compliance folder are going to be combined into one report, the new Travel Adoption report.
Combining the Adoption (Air, Car, Hotel) and Air Adoption By Month reports into one report will consolidate the adoption rate information into a single report, and provide visibility into the total travel adoption for your employees. In the Travel Adoption report, you will be able to drill through the report to a specific segment, trip type, travel configuration and rule class attributes.
When the Travel Adoption report is added to the Standard Reports > Compliance folder, the Adoption (Air, Car, Hotel) and Air Adoption By Month reports will be removed from the Standard Reports > Compliance folder.
Additional information will be available in future release notes.
