These setting are available by clicking Profile > Profile Settings > System Settings (in the Other Settings section of the left-side menu).

Set or change the following:

• Regional Settings and Language

  • Changes made to the Default Language display after signing out and back in again.

• Email Notifications

• Calendar Settings

• Other Preferences

  • Home Page: This setting only applies to Travel Arrangers, Expense Processors and Request Processors.

  • Rows per page: Used only by Travel Administrators

• Calendar Sync Preferences:

  • Disable Calendar Integration turns off integration for that user. When selected, none of user's trips will appear in their calendar.

  • Add ONLY air and rail to my calendar limits calendar synchronisation to air and rail travel only. Car, hotel, taxi and ground bookings will not appear in the user's calendar.
