Manual Accounting
To perform the manual drawer accounts, proceed as follows:
- Start the app as described in the User Guide of the respective application.
You will see a summary of the available drawers.
Depending on the configuration of the system, an additional column is displayed next to Last Logged-in Employee showing potential discrepancies (
) in
replicated transactions from the POS to the central system.

(filter) to filter and sort the drawers by the
different categories. - Select the drawer you want to account.
Depending on the configuration of the system, two preliminary checks are initiated before drawer accounting prerequisites are tested. The app first checks for any discrepancies in transaction consistency when transactions are sent from the POS to the central system. If any discrepancies are detected a warning message will prompt the user to either cancel the process or continue.
Second, the app checks for suspended transactions and displays a warning message prompting the user to continue or cancel the drawer accounting if any suspended transactions are detected. If no suspended transactions exist or if the user chooses to continue, the app continues and checks whether the prerequisites for the drawer accounts are met.
If so, the dialog for recording the counted monetary values opens.
Note:You may be requested to enter the loan/change first. - Enter the counted monetary values in their corresponding currencies. The Denominations button allows you to also record denominations for the value you have entered.Note:You can reset your entries by pressing the Reset button
. - Once you have entered all monetary values, proceed by selecting Accept.
You will see a comparison of the target values and the recorded counted values for each tender.
- If the entries are correct, close the drawer accounts by selecting Save.
You will see the drawer accounts report.
- To print the report, press Print. To save the report as a PDF file, press Save.
- Press Done to exit the view.
