Safe Bag Pickup
The Safe Bag Pickup App allows you to post the safe bag pickup when the security company arrives at the store for safe bag collection.
Procedure
To perform the safe bag pickup, proceed as follows:
- Start the app as described in the User Guide of the respective application. You will see the mask to select the safe. If only one safe exists, the mask is skipped.
- After confirming the selected safe with Accept, the safe
bags that are ready for collection are displayed in a list:
Note:Use the filter icon
to filter and sort the safe bags by different
categories. - Select all of the safe bags to be picked up and confirm with Pick up.
- Answer "Yes" to the confirmation prompt and hand over the safe bags intended for pickup to the security company employee.
After you have answered "Yes" to the confirmation prompt, a transaction is saved for each fetched safe bag. A report on safe bag pickup is displayed.
- To print the report, press Print. To save the report as a PDF file, press Save.
- Press Done to exit the view.
