Shorts & Overs

The Shorts and Overs App allows you to carry out a target to actual comparison of the tenders kept in the drawer (Shorts and Overs).

Procedure

To use the Shorts & Overs function, proceed as follows:

  1. Start the app as described in the User Guide of the respective application.

    A summary of the available drawers is displayed:

    Note:
    Use the iconFilter (filter icon) to filter and sort the drawers according to the different categories.
  2. Select the drawer for which you want to display the Shorts and Overs.
  3. For each tender, enter the actual values and then select Apply to confirm:

    Record Tenders

    The Denomination button allows you to also record denominations for the values you have entered.

    Note:
    Use the icon Reset (Reset icon) to reset your entries.

    A comparison of the target values and the recorded, counted values is displayed for each tender.

  4. Select Save to save the entered tenders.

    The Shorts and Overs report is displayed.

  5. To print the report, select Print. To save the report as a PDF file, press Save.

    Press Done to exit the screen.
