Drawer Accounts

The Drawer Accounts App allows you to account the drawer manually or automatically when changing shifts or at day-end closing. In this process, the actual balance in the drawer is compared with the target balance.

After manual drawer accounts, the app displays a report about the recorded values and statistical information. After automatic accounts, a success message is displayed, and the reports are created for the report archive.

Procedure

Prerequisites:
  • The drawer you want to account is not logged in.
  • The drawer you want to account does not have the status "Break".
  • The drawer is not training - Accounting of training drawers is not supported.

Use this function to perform drawer accounts for the period since the last completed drawer accounts.
