Automatic Day-End Closing
The Automatic Day-end Closing Activation App allows you to enable or disable the automatic day-end closing and to set the start time.
Procedure
When the application is started, and depending on the setting, either a disabled interface (if the automatic day-end closing app was disabled) is displayed or it is editable.
If it is editable, the user sees the configuration screen.
Configuration
- Enter the time at which the automatic day-end closing is expected to be performed (local time of the store being accounted).
- Switch the status to ON and select Save to finish the process of enabling the automatic day-end closing.
- Select Yes to confirm the security prompt.
The automatic day-end closing is enabled.
When changing the time only, the user has to confirm the change as well.
Disabling Automatic Day-end Closing
- To disable the automatic day-end closing, switch the status to OFF again in the same window and then select Save to finish the process.
The automatic day-end closing is disabled.
Select Reset to Default to restore the default settings after confirmation of the security prompt.
