Changing External Delivery Orders You want to edit an existing external delivery order for one of the following reasons:
To change order data (e.g. data on reporting, bank details)
Note
You should always record changes to shipping or billing data as an unlimited change.
To generate a limited change item for the order, e.g. to record a suspension or a redirection
To generate an unlimited change item, e.g. to change the delivery type
To restart the item or convert it to a standard item (in the case of a trial or free item)
To close (terminate or reverse) the item
To call up an item in a subscription order in order to change it, choose one of the following options:

The editing functions available for external delivery orders are the same as those available for subscription orders. For this reason, the procedures described for subscription orders also apply to the subscriptions with external publishers recorded in external delivery orders.
