Reversing Items The customer cancels a subscription item that has already been delivered, which means it cannot be deleted.
The item for reversal is an original item that does not contain any change items, or the item is a redirection. Billing and commission settlement have not taken place for the item to be reversed, nor has it been terminated. You may need to reverse billing or commission settlement first.
Select the item in the item overview or call up the item data on the item to be changed.

The system displays the dialog box in which you can enter the reversal reason.
Enter the reversal reason and confirm your entry.
The system displays a message informing you that the item was reversed.
Save the changed order.
The reversed item remains in the system but is not subject to planning, delivery, or billing. All processes related to the reversed item are stopped. For example, a shipping block is set for the gift for a subscription order where the sales source is
