Restarting Items Retroactively

Prerequisites

You want to restart a closed item or copy an existing item with a validity period beginning on a date in the past.

Procedure

  1. Select the item in the item overview or call up the item data on the item to be changed.

  2. See Changing Subscription Orders and Changing Third-Party Delivery Orders .

  3. Choose Start of the navigation path Item Next navigation step Copy functions Next navigation step Retroactive restart. End of the navigation path

The system creates a new item of the same item type based on the item closed or to be copied and makes the following changes to it:

  • Initializes the valid-from date (you must enter a date in the past)

  • Resets the sales price (pricing must be performed again)

  1. Enter a valid-from date in the past (and the valid-to date for trial or free items).

  2. Choose a campaign framework in the dialog box displayed and confirm your entry.

  3. Edit the data as required.

  4. Save the changed order.
