Definition

Dynamic menu you use to request reports for participation, resources, and courses.

Use

In the dynamic information menu, you can request reports for courses, resources, or participation directly from any level of the structure.

The following reports are available:

For participation:

·        Participant List

·        Attendance List

·        Employee List

·        Bookings per Participant

·        Participant's Training History

·        Participation Prerequisites

·        Participant's Qualifications

·        Prerequisites Matchup

·        Participant Appraisal

·        Prebookings per Course Type

·        Participation Statistics

·        Participation and Sales Statistics

·        Cancellations per Course

·        Cancellations per Participant

For resources:

A major advantage of the dynamic information menu is that the data extracted by the reports is transferred directly from the structure, which saves you the trouble of entering it manually on a report selection screen.

Example

For example, you want to check resource reservations for a certain course. You simply position the cursor on the course and choose the report Resource List per Course.

You can also enter report data manually by starting a report without making any selection beforehand.

You can specify whether you want to start reports from the selection screen or not using the user-specific settings. You can make a number of other settings regarding data display and maintenance in the dynamic menus under user-specific settings.

Integration

You can branch to the course menu or the participation menu directly from the information menu. Data is automatically updated when you access one of these options. You access the same level of the structure as the one you leave.

Note

You access the information menu on the SAP Easy Access screen in the SAP Menu under Human Resources ® SAP Learning Solution ® Info Systems ® Information Menu.

Since the information menu gives you optimum access to frequently used reporting functions in Training Management, it is a good idea to add it to your Favorites.
