Qualifications of a Participant (Report RHQALIF0) 

Use

This report generates a list of a participant's qualifications.

By qualifications, we mean:

• Participation in courses of a specified type.
• Qualifications and skills such as language skills or PC skills.

Features

You can set parameters to determine the data output by the report.

Reporting period

You can specify any period for the reporting.

Standard selection screen (only pre-report RHXQALIF)

If you select this indicator and choose , the report branches to the more detailed selection screen of the main report RHQALIF0 before it is executed.

On the selection screen of the main report, you can select objects by status, for example. As a rule, you need not access the standard selection screen since the pre-report has sufficient data selection options. If you do not want to go to the standard selection screen, do not activate this parameter before you choose .

Output

The report generates a list that contains the following information:

• The course types of courses participated in
• Valid qualifications and their depreciation meter data
• Expired qualifications and their depreciation meters (display dimmed)

The list only displays course types of courses that have taken place up to the key date specified for which the participant had a booking with normal or essential priority. Waiting list bookings are not displayed in the list.

If the participant has the same qualification multiple times (by having participated in a course several times), the report displays the most recent of these only.
