Prebookings per Participant (Report RHPREBO0) 

Use

This report generates a list of prebookings and the expected costs per participant received for all course types in a given period. Expected costs are derived from the values stored with the Prices infotype as internal or external prices depending on the participant type.

Integration

You can also start this report from the Manager's Desktop component (PPMDT). You access it in the Employees area under Participant Prebookings (reports for training and education).

Features

Selection

You can set parameters to determine what data the report outputs.

Reporting period

You can specify any period for the reporting.

Location

If you specify a valid location, the report only lists prebookings for courses held at the location specified. No input is interpreted as all locations.

Language

If you specify a valid language, the report only lists prebookings for courses held in the specified language.

With employee cancellations

If you select this indicator, the report displays the bookings of the named participants in a group booking (participant types organizational unit, company, customer, or interested party).

Without employee cancellations

If you select this indicator, the report displays the total number of bookings for group participants, not broken down by individual employee.

Standard selection screen (only pre-report RHXVORM1_LSO)

If you select this indicator and choose , the report branches to the more detailed selection screen of the main report RHPREBO0 before it is executed.

On the selection screen of the main report, you can, for example, select objects by status. As a rule, you need not access the standard selection screen since the pre-report has sufficient data selection options. If you do not want to go to the standard selection screen, do not activate this parameter before you choose .

Output

The report generates a list in the SAP List Viewer (ALV) Grid Control that can contain any of the following information depending on your layout specifications:

·        Participant name

·        Course type

·        Delivery method

·        Course location

·        Course language

·        Prebooking date

·        Sum total of prebookings

You can execute the following functions from the list screen:

·        Display and edit any notes that have been created for bookings.

·        Change prebookings

·        Delete prebookings

       1.      Set the required options on the selection screen.

       2.      Choose  to start the report.

On the list screen that is output, change the list layout to display data that interests you. Do so by choosing .
