This report lets you display detailed information stored for courses such as location, instructor, room, telephone number of room, course owner, availability of places, or duration of the course.

In addition to providing you with speedy access to a wide range of important information about a course, the report can also be used to help you determine what courses still need to be firmly booked or followed up, or what courses are currently locked, and so on.

You can set parameters to determine the data output by the report. In addition to specifying the courses you want displayed and the selection period, you can specify multiple other attributes under Output.

The following options are available for courses:

• Only firmly booked / only planned
• No historical record / only historical record
• Not canceled / only canceled
• Not locked / only locked
• Only available / only reserved
• Only internal / only external
• Not followed up / only followed up

The report generates a list in the SAP List Viewer (ALV) Grid Control that can contain any of the following information depending on your layout specifications:

• Course name
• Start and end date of the course
• Course language
• Course location
• Building
• Room information (such as room number, telephone number)
• Booking information (such as free places or number of waiting list bookings)
• Course duration
• Instructors

If required, choose to change the layout to display other data that interests you.
