Edit the Email Invitation
The email invitation is a welcome email that can be sent to users to let them know an account has been created for them so they can begin using SAP Concur products. The email invitation includes default text welcoming the user and a link for users to sign in to SAP Concur and reset their password.
The email invitation text can also be customized. For example, you may want to ensure users can contact you with questions by including your contact information in the Edit your invite message field.
To edit the Invite email:
Click Edit Invite
Update the email text.
Select or clear the Automatically send invite email to all existing users on Save check box to send the updated email out to all existing users.
Click Save.
To resend the user invite email: Click the Resend Invite Email button. The invite email is sent out to all users.
