File Transfer Updates
RELEASE: Mandatory SFTP with SSH Key Authentication (Products: Expense, Invoice, Request, Travel, Intelligence)This feature/change has been targeted for release. For information about this feature/change, refer to the applicable product release notes.
Financial Integration
**Planned Changes** QuickBooks Integration Available in AustraliaIn a future release, QuickBooks integration with Concur Expense Standard Edition and Concur Invoice Standard Edition will be supported in Australia. The integration with Concur Expense and Concur Invoice will be available for clients who purchase QuickBooks Integration.
Miscellaneous
**Planned Changes** Updated Naming Convention for Sub-URLs (Products: Expense, Invoice, Request, Travel)As part of our overall cloud platform strategy, SAP is planning to implement a more consistent naming convention for the URLs used to connect to SAP Concur solutions, based on data center. Users will continue to be able to access www.concursolution.com and will be routed automatically to the correct URL or single sign-on (SSO) as part of their sign-in process.
This change supports future URL consistency across all global regions, and a central URL that redirects users to the appropriate data center.
The items shown here are summaries of the release**Planned Changes** SAP Concur Homepage Changes (Products: Expense, Invoice, Request, Travel)Beginning in late April, SAP Concur plans to redirect clients in the US Datacenter to a new homepage. The appearance of the new homepage is identical to the current SAP Concur homepage. The new homepage has enhanced functionality when services become temporarily unavailable.The roll out of the new homepage will be phased. Clients will begin being migrated to the new homepage in March and additional clients will be migrated to the new homepage over time. The migration of clients to the new homepage is targeted to be completed in May 2021.
This change ensures that the SAP Concur homepage is available even when some services are unavailable and improves the consistency of the sign in experience.
