You can use this function to display existing master contracts.

You can call up the data for master contracts in the system using different channels.

The following channels are available for calling up master contracts:

  • SAP Graphical User Interface (SAP GUI)

  • Business Application Programming Interface (BAPI)

  • Direct Input (DI)

Integration

A master contract consists of the linkage of contract elements to a business partner. For more information, see Master Contract.

Activities

  1. On the Start of the navigation path SAP Easy Access screen, choose Next navigation step Master Contract Management Next navigation step Master Contract Master Data Next navigation step Display Master Contract End of the navigation path.

  2. Select a master contract.

  3. If you want to display a master contract on a particular date, choose Show Valid-On and enter the date you require.

  4. Choose Continue.

    The next screen appears with multiple tab pages. These tab pages contain fields grouped by business topic. Depending on the product, you can display all or some of the following tab pages:
