On the Pricing Criteria tab page of a beneficiary master contract, you can display and check the following pricing criteria:

  • All pricing criteria determined by the report Determine and Distribute Pricing Criteria

  • The pricing criteria actually used for pricing, determined by the Business Add-In BAdI: Determination of Pricing Criteria to Be Used

Prerequisites

  • You use the Determination of Pricing Criteria (FS-MCM-PCD) component.

  • In Customizing for Master Contract Management you have chosen Start of the navigation path Master Contract Applications Next navigation step Pricing Criteria Determined End of the navigation path and carried out the following Customizing activities:

  • Define Benefit Levels

  • BAdI: Determination of the Pricing Criteria to Be Used

  • In Customizing for Master Contract Management, you have chosen Start of the navigation path Product Management Next navigation step Product Definition Next navigation step Master Contract Products End of the navigation path and activated the Pricing Criteria Determined attribute for the underlying master contract product and made the relevant settings below this attribute node.

  • The master contract is beneficiary of at least one master contract for the determination of pricing criteria . For more information, see Editing Determination of Pricing Criteria.

  • You have executed the report Determine and Distribute Pricing Criteria. For more information, see Determination and Distribution of Pricing Criteria.

Procedure

A beneficiary master contract receives its pricing criteria from one or more master contracts that the report Determine and Distribute Pricing Criteria has determined via the contract holder and business partner role category.

  1. In the Pricing Criteria Determined group box, the system displays a table with all pricing criteria determined.

    • Benefit Criterion

    • Benefit Level with Description

    • Master Contract Number (Origin of the Pricing Criteria)

    • Business Partner Role Category of the Master Contract for the Determination of Pricing Criteria

    • Product of the Master Contract for the Determination of Pricing Criteria

  2. In the Pricing Criteria Used group box, the system only displays the pricing criteria determined by the Business Add-In BAdI: Determination of the Pricing Criteria to Be Used.

    • Benefit Criterion

    • Benefit Level with Description

    • Business Partner Role Category of the Master Contract for the Determination of Pricing Criteria

    • Product of the Master Contract for the Determination of Pricing Criteria
