Create and Edit Health Problems
In order to be able to assign objects, such as visits, treatments, outpatient notes to a health problem of the patient, i.e. be able to enter objects on a problem-oriented basis, you must create a health problem for the patient (e.g. problem – strong headaches). See Health Problem
Note
You can assign an object, for example, a visit to several problems of the patient, or change the assignment of the object, so that the object can be assigned to another problem.
Problems in Overview Display
The patient organizer or the patient viewer flags active problem nodes in the overview display using 
(-
).
The system flags inactive problems in the overview display using an icon.
Under these problem nodes the system displays the assigned objects such as visits.
