You can delete any entered assignments between objects (e.g. visits, outpatient notes, etc.) and health problems at any time.

Example Example

You have mistakenly assigned a visit to a problem of the patient. However, this visit does not concern the assigned problem. You can delete the assignment of this visit.

Procedure

  1. Open the problem node and select the object in the patient organizer or the patient viewer.

  2. Choose Delete Problem Assignment (Delete Problem Assignment).

    The system deletes the assignment of the object to this problem. Assignments to other problems remain unchanged.

    Note Note

    If this object is not assigned to any other problem, the system will display this object under the problem node Without Problem Assignment, providing this exists.

    If the problem node Without Problem Assignment does not yet exist, the system will automatically create it.
