Procedure documentationCreating a Health Problem

In order to be able to enter objects (e.g. visits, outpatient notes, services) on a problem-oriented basis, you must create one or more problems for the patient.

Procedure

Create Problem in Clinical Process Builder
  1. Call the Clinical Process Builder (admission).

  2. Select the Clinical Process Builder variant for admission with health problem entry, which was defined by system administration.

  3. Enter the required data. To assign problems to the current movement, select the Assign Problem checkbox.

  4. In the Health Problem frame you can enter one or more of the patient’s health problems, to which, for example, visits can be assigned.

  5. Save the admission.

    Note Note

Note that problems which you created during the admission in the Clinical Process Builder are taken into account when tasks are processed (e.g. outpatient note entry) in the documentation work station in SAP Ambulatory Care Management. The system assigns the entered objects (e.g. the outpatient note) to the current problem.

    End of the note.
