In order to enter objects in problem-oriented mode, you can create the objects for a problem directly when entering.

Note Note

If you cannot immediately decide which problem an object belongs to when creating the object, you can assign it to the relevant problem later.

You have already created health problems for this patient.

Procedure

Create Object for a Problem in Patient Organizer
  1. Call the patient organizer and select the aspect for the problem-oriented display of the patient record (Problem aspect).

  2. You select a health problem and then choose Create (Create).

  3. Select the object which you wish to create for the problem, e.g. clinical order, document, medication order, etc..

    Note Note

    Alternatively you can use the context menu to create an object for a problem. Position the cursor on the problem, and click the right mouse button. In the context menu select, for example, Start of the navigation path Create Next navigation step Clinical Order End of the navigation path.

    You access the dialog for creating the selected object.

  4. Enter the required data for the object (e.g. for the clinical order).

  5. Save the object.

    You return to the patient organizer.

Create Object in Documentation Work Station in SAP Ambulatory Care Management for Problem
  1. Call the documentation work station and select the corresponding task defined by system administration for creating objects, e.g. for creating a document or an outpatient note.

    To see which problem(s) are in the context, choose the pushbutton with the quick info text Context. You can then see the problem(s) to which the object to be created will be assigned.

    You access the dialog for creating the object.

  2. Enter the required data for the object (e.g. for the outpatient note).

  3. Save the object.

    The system assigns the object to the problem(s) from the context of the documentation work station.

    You return to the documentation work station.

    Note Note

    If you display the patient viewer and select the aspect for the problem-oriented display of the patient record (Problem aspect), you can view and check the assignment of the object to the problem.
