Screen area in which you can enter the health problems for the problem-oriented entry of objects (e.g. visits, outpatient notes, services, etc.) for a patient.

 

The system uses the health problem in the following functions:

  • Patient organizer in clinical system (i.s.h.med)

  • Documentation work station in SAP Ambulatory Care Management

In this function the user can assign the created objects to a problem of the patient. The result is a problem-oriented patient record.
