Editing a Health Problem
In order to be able to edit health problems, various functions are available in the patient organizer in i.s.h.med and in the patient viewer in the documentation work station in SAP Ambulatory Care Management

To call the editing functions in the table from the patient organizer or patient viewer choose the following functions:

Note that this function is only available in the patient organizer. The patient viewer only offers a display function. You can make changes to the health problem using the relevant tasks in the documentation work station. |

You use this function to deactivate a problem which should be considered solved from a medical point of view. If this problem reoccurs at a later time, you can set the problem to active once again, or create a new problem for the patient. If you have entered many problems for a patient, it may be sensible to hide the inactive problems. Select Note that you can also set User Parameter N1_NO_COMPLETED_PROB, to hide inactive problems as standard. |
