Select the health problem in the patient organizer or patient viewer and select the Change Documents function in the context menu (right mouse button).

The system displays the Problem Change Documents dialog box.

The system displays all changes entered for the problem.

Choose (Details) to display the detailed change document.

Choose (Continue) to close the change documents.

You return to the patient organizer or patient viewer.
