Register a Credit Card
The Expense Credit Cards page displays the cards that are currently assigned to you in Concur Expense. These cards include both personal and business cards registered here.
These cards can be assigned by an administrator, automatically matched to you from a corporate card feed, or manually entered by you. Cards that are entered by the administrator or the card feed process are read-only. The ability to enter cards manually is configured by the company and may not be available.
Register Personal Cards
If your company uses the automated personal card import (Yodlee) feature, you can have your personal credit or debit card transactions imported into Concur Expense by registering your card in Profile > Profile Settings > Expense Credit Cards (left menu). Once you have registered your card, Concur Expense will retrieve transactions for the past 30 days. After the initial registration, Concur Expense will import any new charges every time you log in.
To register a personal card:
Click Profile > Profile Settings > Expense Settings > Expense Credit Cards (left menu).
Click Add a New Personal Card.
Read the data agreement, then click Accept. The user agreement only appears the first time you register a card.
- In the You are now leaving Concur message, click Continue.
Select your card issuer from the list, or enter the card issuer name in the text box and click Search, then select your card issuer.
Enter your card issuer online login and password, then click Submit.
- Verify the information, then click Close or click the X in the upper right corner of the page.
The linked account now displays on the Expense Credit Cards page. Click Available Expenses on the home page to view your transactions and add them to your expense reports.
To remove a personal card (only available for manually-added cards):
Click Profile > Profile Settings > Expense Credit Cards (left menu).
Click the X next to the card to remove.
Confirm the card deletion.
Register American Express Business Cards
The American Express© Business Card connection allows users to import expense transaction from American Express© into Concur Expense. If your organization is using the American Express© Business Card connection, click the Add Amex Business Card link on the Expense Credit Cards page in Profile settings.
After initial card registration, Concur Expense directly imports transactions that occurred within the last 90 days. Any new transactions automatically synchronize on a daily basis.
Each cardholder (primary or supplemental) must register their card individually. A primary cardholder cannot register supplemental cards on behalf of other employees.
Users will see their own American Express© Business Card transactions on the Manage Expenses page. Transactions will also be visible to delegate and proxy users. Any new transactions will synchronize daily.
To register cards for the business card connection:

Click Profile > Profile Settings > Expense Settings > Expense Credit Cards (left menu).

Click Add Amex Business Card.

In the You are now leaving Concur message, click Continue.

Read the user agreement to accept the terms and conditions, then click Continue.The user agreement only appears the first time you register.

On the American Express login page, type your card issuer login and password, then click Log In.

Read the authorization access disclaimer, then click Continue.

On the American Express authorization page, select the check box for each card you want to synchronize. You can now see all business cards you have registered with American Express.

Click Authorize to synchronize cards.

Click Return to SAP Concur.

In the message to confirm card registration, click OK. The registered business card now appears on the Expense Credit Cards page in Profile settings.

Click Available Expenses on the home page to view your transactions and add them to your expense reports.
To delete a business card:
If you delete a business card on the Expense Credit Cards page in Profile settings, access to the card is revoked for the American Express© Business Card connection. You can re-add the same card again, if needed.

Click Profile > Profile Settings > Expense Credit Cards (left menu).

Click the X next to the card to remove.

Confirm the card deletion.
