Delete a Favorite Attendee

Use the Attendees tab to delete an attendee.The attendee is actually deleted from Concur Expense only:

  • If you are the user who originally added the attendee to Concur Expense - and -

  • If the attendee has not been associated with an expense entry

In all other cases, the attendee information is simply removed (hidden) from your Favorites list.

Search for the attendee

To search, use the Find every attendee where area of the page to locate an attendee in your list.

Delete an attendee

To delete/hide an attendee:

  1. Click Profile > Profile Settings > Favorite Attendees (in the Expense Settings section of the left-side menu).

  2. On the Attendees tab, select the check box to the left of the attendee you want to delete/hide.

  3. Click Delete.
