Add an Image to a Receipt

Supporting documentation of a received item can be associated to the receipt in the form of a receipt image. Only one image can be associated with a receipt.

To add an image to a receipt:

  1. Open the desired PO invoice and click the Purchase Order tab.
  2. In the Itemization Summary section, click the add icon of the receipt to which you would like to add a receipt image. The Upload Image window appears.
  3. Click Browse and then locate the receipt you want to attach.
  4. Click Open or double-click the receipt image.
  5. Click Upload and then Close.
